Purpose of Processing: This information is used solely for providing support, responding to queries, delivering service updates, or fulfilling contractual obligations with clients and users.

Lawful Basis: Processing is carried out based on contractual necessity, legitimate interest, or explicit consent, as applicable.

Data Sharing: Messages exchanged via WhatsApp are processed through Meta Platforms, Inc. ATP may share necessary information with WhatsApp and authorized service providers solely for facilitating communication.

Data Security: WhatsApp communications are end-to-end encrypted. ATP ensures secure storage, restricted access, and adherence to applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and relevant global privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
